Q: I would like to make a request, what should I do?
A: Send us your question to our e-mail: info@medaldesign.eu / see more contacts
Q: How is my order processed?
A: To process the order we usually follow these steps:
  • Proforma invoice is sent to you.
  • We prepare the graphic design of a medal according to your requests.
  • The design is sent to you for review.
  • After you review it you send us your potential remarks and we put the changes into the graphic design.
  • Steps 3 and 4 are repeated untill you are satisfied.
  • Then your medals are produce.
  • Finished medals are sent to you.
Q: How long does it usually take to send me the medals from the moment when I order them?
A: Usually it takes 3 weeks from the day you are satisfied with the graphic design.
Q: How long does it usually take to deliver the medals to my address?
A: It depends on location where you are. If you prefer fast delivery - let us know it before the order.
Q: So basically, to get my medals, it takes 3 weeks + delivery time?
A: Yes, that's true.
Q: I didn't find the shape which I want in, what should I do?
A: You can sketch it on a paper and send us the scan of it. Or you can make an illustration in some drawing software (the quallity doesn't matter we only need the idea).
Send it to our e-mail info@medaldesign.eu and don't forget to tell us the requiered dimensions.
We will send you the final price calculation afterwards.
